Shipping

ShoreShade is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $59 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $59, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a flat shipping rate of $40. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Unless otherwise noted, orders received by 2 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are typically fulfilled and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.

In most cases, orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped. Please note that these statements are general estimates and should not be considered a guarantee

Return Policy

We want you to be as happy with your ShoreShade as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions or would like to request a return, please email Helpin12@ShoreShadeSails.com.

We reserve the right to apply a $20 restocking fee to orders that are returned used or without original packaging.

Warranty

We proudly stand behind our product and offer a market leading warranty on all non-BLEM ShoreShades. Each ShoreShade is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner against any defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal use.

We know that accidents happen — our modular design makes replacing parts simple, with just a Phillips head screwdriver you can replace nearly all ShoreShade components in a matter of minutes. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications.
